Return Policy

Return Guidelines 

We are happy to accept returns any purchase from www.palmbeachies.com  We offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of your purchase.

The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping charges.

To complete your return, please contact us at info@palmbeachies.com. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

-Unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please try on your Palm Beachies in a soft, clean surface so they do not get scuffed or damaged in any way.

-It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges 
Once your return is received and inspected, Palm Beachies will approve or deny the exchange based upon the return guidelines. We will notify you via email and issue the exchange or return the original item. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, the Palm Beachies team will approve or deny the refund based upon the return guidelines. We will notify you via email and issue the refund or return the original item.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days upon approval to see the credit applied to your bank account.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or a damaged item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
