General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the website www.palmbeachies.com operated by Palm Beachies.
They define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Palm Beachies.
Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those presented on the Palm Beachies website, subject to availability.
Each product is described as precisely as possible. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.
Palm Beachies reserves the right to modify its product assortment at any time.
3. Price
Product prices are indicated in Euros (€).
They are understood as all taxes included (TTC) excluding delivery costs.
Palm Beachies reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applied will be that displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Order
Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these GTC.
The ordering process includes the following steps:

- cart validation
- entry of delivery and payment information
- order confirmation
Once the order is validated, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.
Palm Beachies reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with a customer or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments can be made via the methods offered on the site, including:

Transactions are secured via online payment systems.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
Delivery times are indicated on the site and may vary depending on the destination.
Palm Beachies cannot be held responsible for a delivery delay attributable to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances.
Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the customer must contact Palm Beachies at the following address:

• unworn
• unused
• in their original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated.
Reimbursement will be made after receipt and verification of the returned product.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns must be made within 14 days after the request for withdrawal.
Once the product is received and verified, Palm Beachies will proceed with the refund via the original payment method.
Damaged, used, or incomplete products cannot be refunded.
9. Legal Guarantee
Products sold on the site benefit from the legal guarantees provided by law:

Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Palm Beachies' registered office.
