Returns
We accept returns for all purchases made on www.palmbeachies.com.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or a refund.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

A proof of purchase or order number may be requested to process your request.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• be unused
• be in the same condition as when received
• be in its original packaging
We recommend trying on your Palm Beachies on a clean, soft surface to avoid any marks or damage.
Any product showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, the Palm Beachies team will verify that it meets the return conditions.
If the request is validated, we will proceed with the product exchange.
Otherwise, the item will be sent back to you.
You will be informed of the decision by email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and verified, we will validate or deny the refund based on the return conditions.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the payment method used for the order.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days after validation for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- check your bank account again
- contact your credit card company, as some processing delays may apply
- contact your bank

Items purchased on sale or final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If a refund is granted, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Delivery costs will only be refunded in the following cases:
• defective product
• order error on our part
